Testimonials
PreviousMeghan has been such a blessing for me. I have seen her for a couple of years. I was plagued with anxieties for over a decade and was told I needed all types of medications I did not want to take. Meghan has helped me in so many ways overcome big obstacles in my life. She challenges me to always dive deeper into my thoughts and struggles instead of just masking issues with a Band-Aid. She is very personable, caring, and understanding. My life has only improved since seeing her and I will continue to do so.
Meghan was able to pick me up after my world had been turned upside down. She helped me realize my own self-worth. She helped me become confident in myself. She helped me fall in love with myself again. Meghan is passionate about her career, but more so, she is passionate about her clients. She will be there when you call crying and need an emergency appointment. She will be there when you get lost and need to be pointed back in the right direction. Mostly, Meghan will be proud of you when its hard to be proud of yourself. Meghan will give you the tools to fix yourself and there is nothing more I could of asked for in a therapist.
Meghan has changed my life in such a positive way. I wish I met yerars ago. She is very easy to talk to , intelligent, and challenges me in ways that ultimately improve my quality of life. She has helped me regain focus on my career and my family life. I look forward to each session because I know things always improve for me. I have become a better wife, mother, and friend because of Meghan. I highly recommend her as a therapist. She is amazing.
Meghan is a wonderful therapist and a caring person. She has helped me grow in so many ways. Meghan has helped me build my confidence and self esteem. Before I started working with her, I was unable to cope with life. She has taught me strategies to take life as it comes rather than run away from it. I know that my life is important to her and that will always make time for me.
Working with Meghan has been a great blessing to me. She has been supportive, gentle, and compassionate yet skillfully adept at helping me focus on what is really importatant to me. She is a great listener. I really feel heard, which has helped me to open up and trust the process. She is incredibly patient, never judges and she genuinely cares. I have made several positive changes in my life since working with Meghan. She has a wonderful gift of solid sound advice that leaves me with a sense of hope for the future. She has helped me through some very big transitions in my life and I could not have navigated through these changes with as much honesty and grace without her help. I highly recommend her as a therapist!
I saw Meg regarding marital and sexual identity issues. Its not always easy to tell someone things you have never told anyone before. But I learned quickly that I could trust Meg, and that I would never be judged by her. She has a way of putting the most complicated issues into a simple perspective. I always left her sessions feeling better about myself and better about my future. Thank you Meg!
I am extremely grateful that I stumbled upon Meghan when looking for help in dealing with first, my parent’s divorce, and then mine. Meghan helped me gain an awareness of a life that I was surviving, namely an emotionally and sexually abusive marriage, and then helped me transition into a life that I am thriving in! Her approach was considerate and caring, yet challenging. I am happier and freer now than I have ever been in my adult life and I could not have gotten here without her.
In the past several months I’ve been seeing Meghan, she has helped me find myself. Having never learned how to love myself as I am, Meghan teaches me the tools and skills to help me grow. Her insight helped to teach me how it’s ok to accept myself. She also provides a lot of references and tools to learn and grow. She is definitely a wonderful woman and I thank God I’ve been blessed I found her.
I came to Meghan in crisis just a few months ago. In just that short amount of time, I've learned more about myself than I have in the past 40 years. From day one, she has helped me see myself from a new perspective and has consistently challenged me to think differently, behave differently, and to think of my past and present relationships as a garden to tend to - a work in progress - an ever changing and evolving journey of self discovery and healing. I am forever grateful for our work together and hope to continue my development with her kind but firm guidance for many years to come.
Meghan is real and does not “beat around the bush”. This is the second time going to her for help. The first time I saw her I was highly addicted to Adderall, She got me off of it for good and it ultimately saved my marriage. Just recently i have gone back to her for a second time to just better myself in all aspects of life and strengthen my marriage. She makes me feel comfortable, like I’m talking to a friend. Even if I have a tough session I always feel refreshed after leaving. I am extremely grateful i chose her to be my therapist. Best decision I have ever made!
